3 – 5 April – Organisation and management of a programme of cultural activities from 3 -5 April.
- implementing a media and PR strategy to profile the event,
- a range of promotional activities (food and beverage, creative industries, information technology, education and tourism) in the NZ pavilion
- VIP Gala Dinner with New Zealand performers
- Jin Lee¡¯s Oamaru Stone sculptures Exhibition ( Aotearoa & Baram 3m per piece )
- Regular performances by 3-4 NZ performers and a kapa haka group over the 3 days
- A fashion show running over the period
- A series of leveraging events by various members of NZ Inc leading into, during and following the CDIP main event
- A survey of people attending these event these events which focuses on the effectiveness of the CDIP initiatives in increasing the profile of NZ and sending out key messages.
